Alpstein muesli with a seasonal blend of herbs
Inspired by the natural beauty of the Alpstein region, we came up with the idea for this new and unique muesli composition. In the midst of lush greenery, the rocky limestone massif of the Alpstein peaks and crystal clear mountain lakes, the fine herbs and cornflowers for our Alpstein muesli mix grow. And nature decides which herbs are to be found in our muesli, depending on the season!

Original Appenzeller spelt is processed into delicate flakes by us with a lot of love. Very special grain flakes are made from the regional spent grains from the Locher brewery. Apple, cassis and raspberry pieces give the fiber-rich muesli a delicate, fruity note.
