Basic recipe:
200 g Cereal risotto
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion chopped
6 dl of broth
1 yellow and one red peppers
1 small courgettes
1 small eggplant
1 carrot
garlic
Pepper and 80 g Parmesan
Pour the onion in oil, add the cereal risotto and briefly steam. Add bouillon and boil for 40 minutes. Cut the vegetables into small cubes, add to the cereal risotto and boil for 20 minutes. Add some water if necessary. Season with fresh herbs and pepper. Spread the grated cheese over it and serve. Add a full meal together with salad.
