Zwicky organic soy flakes are made from rich soyabeans and are covered with malt. Soya flakes are cholesterol-free and contain 38% vegetable protein. Zwicky bio soya flakes are prepared according to the particularly careful procedure of Kollath. The bio soya flakes are stabilized in their full value and contain little bit of carbohydrates.
