Borlotti salad with thon:
250g borlotti beans, parsley
1-2 Leeking gels. Some celery
1 clove of garlic, 2 small or 1 large can of thon, 3 tablespoons of oil
1 1/2 tablespoons of vinegar, 3 shallots
Salt, pepper, mustard, spices
Preparation:
Soak the Borlotti beans the night before. Drain the soaking water and place the Borlotti beans together with the parsley, leeks, celery and a peeled clove of garlic in a steam cooker. Cover with water, lightly salt and pepper and boil for 8 to 10 minutes under pressure. Let it cool in boiling water and pour it out afterwards. In addition, you can finely chopped shallots and mixed with vinegar, oil and fine spices to form a salad dressing. Now carefully chop the clay with a fork and mix it with the beans.
